I’m thrilled you’re here.

Uff! It’s always hard to talk about yourself. I guess the best way is to start from the beginning!

My name is André Quintal. I was born in Madeira, a small Portuguese island in the middle of the Atlantic.

Being from a small island, where tourism is the primary source of income, made me realize the importance of offering excellent customer service. In a place where the market is limited, you can only stand out by providing a superior service. I believe this background helped me in having attention to detail, creativity, and other skills that later made my business successful.

For most of my life, I worked directly with customers: customer service, sales, store management, real estate agent. I did a little of everything. Nevertheless, there was something I always loved to do: writing. Writing as a full-time job was always one of my dreams.

So, around 7 years ago, I made a crazy decision that I don’t regret until this day. I quit my full-time job as a manager and decided to start my copywriting business as I traveled (another of my passions) full-time around the world. This is how TalkYourMind starts.

It’s been an amazing journey full of learning experiences. Helping small businesses to find their tone, and move to the next level is a rewarding experience.

The right words can change the way customers see you, for good or bad. My job is to make sure it’s for good.
